Hi everyone, congratulations to everyone at the recent tournament in Thornton. The students did awesome. Next tournament is April 18 at Northglenn High School, keep the date open. Please note our own Mr. Jon Runge was the senior 5th degree of the region for the line up.

The March/April class times will remain the same. The next big change will occur as we head into summer for the May/June schedule.
Monday classes: 5:15 pm White-Blue all age, 6 pm tigers; 6:30 Brown-Black (Adult LC stay 30 minutes after this class)
WE WILL BE ADDING one class beginning Tuesday, March 10 at 11:30 am. A daytime adult and home school kids class.

8 week cycle notes:
- We will be continuing for March and April to work with our Ssahng Jeol Bong and Combat BME
- *notable areas for training
- White-Yellow Belts – Orange Belt Material for this cycle including Songahm 2 plus one steps
- Camo-Purple Belts – Green Belt Material for this cycle including Songahm 5 plus one steps (+ orange)
- Blue thru Black belts will work on their own rank material.
- All students will work on the NEW ATA Fit test requirements and perform them as a part of the April promotions.
- Self-Defense techniques from a grab, choke and ground will also be tested.
- Boards (all students will use a different board technique than February testings for the April promotions)
SPECIAL EVENT SATURDAY NIGHT:
This Saturday night, special event. Our first ever Anniversary BLACK BELT DINNER at 5:30 pm. All 1BR black belts and above (current and former students) are invited to our school for a get dressed up dinner, no uniforms, BRING AN APPETIZER. We need additional tables and chairs, if you have some, please let me know asap. We also need a few helpers to help with the food, this can be any other student. Please r.s.v.p. to SM Black so she has a clue how many are attending. Please arrive no later than 5:45 pm.
New school t-shrits arriving, cost is $20 each. HOWEVER, if you register for one of our summer camps and pay in full during March, you will receive a free school shirt. Camps are $175, however, cost is only $150 if you register before May 22. AND if you register in March, you also get a shirt!
BLACK BELTS will have first dibs on sizes this Saturday night at the party.
