Hello students, we have had a busy couple of months and now is the time for our students to showcase their talents. Please finalize you registrations for testings by Saturday, April 16, please. Belts, patches, headbands and more will be ordered on Friday morning.
Promotional testings are scheduled for Tuesday and Wednesday, April 19 and 20.
A few notes:
For testing, we will only be judging each student's rank form, all of the lower rank technique we have working on in class has already been shown to us. What the judges and I would like to see next week is:
All colored belts, rank form (for the block we are on), i.e. orange, green or your own rank form if you are a blue belt or higher.
Black belts; your rank form, your BME form, if you have completed it (or 1/2) Not 100% on the weapon, no problem, you will do the same drills as the colored belts instead. ALL BLACK BELTS may pre-practice their boards, however, all black belts will BREAK their boards on Tuesday Testing night.
We would also like to see the 9 angles of the Bahng Mahng Ee and an effort toward the 1-4 drill we have working in class with the weapon. These items will be reviewed again tonight and tomorrow night.
Also, for any students that would like to try their board break prior to testing, we will practicing again tonight board breaking.
As a special help, we will allow all our purple-red belts to pre-break their boards on Monday night in class. If the student is successful on first or second attempt, only, we will let that count for their testing score this time. If not, they will try again on testing night.

WARRIOR KRAV MAGA - reminder we will not have class the next two Mondays. We will, however, have regular class on Wednesday night. See
http://atataekwondo.com/calendar/ and go to event calendar. If have missed trying this class, don't delay. We have had regular attendance of 8-10 adults every Monday and Wednesday. Check out the hottest new class.
Krav Maga may be joined separately for only $79 per month. As a special incentive, for any new adult or parent (not current student) that joins and prepays their first two months of Warrior Krav Maga, your membership will include leather bag gloves. Current students, you may join Krav Maga for only $25 if they do so during May or June. Leather bag gloves can be separately purchased for $60. All Rates will be adjusted beginning July.
